This will be followed by Elaine where Aoibheann O’Brien, Co-Founder of FoodCloud, a non-profit organisation that redistributes leftover food from supermarkets and businesses to charities, will be on be on the show to talk about the solutions their rolling out across Ireland to help reduce overall food waste.
