What's the process?

1. Support and Advice

Virgin Media have over 30 years experience of working on New Development sites. Our staf and our appointed contractors are readily on hand to provide advice and share our experience in building out the Network.

2. Initial plans

In order to commence, we need visibility of your New Development plans. This can be submitted via our online form.
Having this detail will allow our Planning and Design team to create a corresponding design pack and get back in touch
with you. The initial plan submitted to us by you should include the following information:
• Details of street names and house numbers, if available.
• Phasing information and schedule.
• Planning Reference Number
• Site location in pdf format.
• Site layout in AutoCAD.
• Floor plan in pdf including the number of units per riser per foor.
• Details of the developer including contact details.
• Details of when frst service is required onsite.
Once this information is provided, liaison can commence with our planners to ensure we get a design and plan to you that
meets your construction and residential needs.

3. New Development Supply Form

We also need a completed New Developments Supply Form from you permitting us to provide service to your Development. After flling up our Construction Industry Form, a Virgin Media representative will contact you regarding this form. Until it’s in place, we won’t be able to free issue materials to your site. Once this form is received we can
proceed to design your development and interact with you and your team to create a design specifc for your development plan.


Who installs the network?

We bring the network to your site and will free issue ducting, which you’ll need to install alongside your other utilities.


What do I need to get started?

Fill in our construction industry form. We’ll be in touch shortly afterwards with our New Development Supply Form. Once we have that back we will take it from there.
