4.    We use your information and interactions with our products, services and contact centre to help improve our products and services to ensure we deliver products and services that meet your needs. We may use anonymised and aggregated information to develop reports and analysis about what types of content and /or advertisements are watched or skipped. 5.    Addressable ads are delivered for products and services that are popular with households in your region. The advertisements are not delivered on an individual basis, instead they are delivered to a group of at least 5,000 households using predicted interests at a household level.
