Connect your device to Wi-Fi
Connect a TV box
If it is your first time plugging in your Streaming TV box please follow the instructions included.
If you want to change the Wi-Fi connection after you have installed please follow the below instructions.
- 1. Press the home button on the remote to bring you to the main menu
- 2. On the top bar scroll across to the settings (gear symbol in the top right corner)
- 3. Scroll across to System
- 4. Select "Change connection type"
- 5. Select either a cable connection or a Wi-Fi connection and follow the instructions on the screen.
Connect a mobile
Follow the steps below to connect your mobile to Wi-Fi. This is a general guide, and different phone brands (Apple or Android for example) may have different names for each setting.
- 1. Open your settings
- 2. Tap on Wi-Fi
- 3. Make sure Wi-Fi is switched on
- 4. Tap on the name of the network you would like to join
- 5. Enter the password for the network, then tap: Join
6. Your phone will then be connected to the Wi-Fi

Connect a computer
Follow the steps below to connect your computer to the Wi-Fi. Follow the applicable guide for your computer software.
Windows:
- 1. Open the Start menu by clicking on the Windows logo at the bottom left of your screen, choose: Settings, then: Network and Internet. Or, click the WiFi icon in the notification tray at the bottom of your screen next to the clock.
(Don't see the WiFi icon? You may need to click on the small arrow to expand the notification tray) - 2. Choose the WiFi option to see all available WiFi networks
- 3. Click on your WiFi network, and make sure the box saying: ‘Connect automatically’ is ticked before you click: Connect
- 4. Enter your WiFi password and click: Next
Apple Mac:
- 1. Click the Wi-Fi symbol in the top right-hand corner of the screen
- 2. Ensure your Wi-Fi is on and click the name of the Wi-Fi network you would like to join
- 3. Enter your password and click join
Linux/Ubuntu:
- 1. Click the System Menu in the top right-hand corner of the screen
- 2. Select the Wi-Fi option
- 3. Click on the name of your Wi-Fi network, enter your password and click connect

Connect a tablet
Follow the steps below to connect your tablet to Wi-Fi. This is a general guide, and different manufacturers (Apple or Android for example) may have different names for each setting.
- 1. Open your settings
- 2. Tap on Wi-Fi
- 3. Make sure Wi-Fi is switched on
- 4. Tap on the name of the network you would like to join
- 5. Enter the password for the network, then tap: Join
- 6. Your tablet will then be connected to the Wi-Fi

Connect a games console
Follow the steps below to connect your console to the Wi-Fi. Follow the applicable guide for your console.
- Xbox:
- 1. Turn on your Xbox and go to the Settings menu
- 2. Select: Network
- 3. Find: Set up wireless network
- 4. Select your network name (SSID) from the list
- 5. Enter your network password when asked for this
- 6. Press the Enter button
- 7. The Xbox will then test its connection to the internet and compete the process
Playstation:
- 1. Select: Settings from the PlayStation main screen
- 2. Select: Network followed by Set up internet connection
- 3. Select Use WiFi then Easy
- 4. Select the appropriate network name (SSID) from the list
- 5. When prompted, use the onscreen keyboard to enter the network's wireless password
- 6. The PlayStation will then test its connection to the internet and compete the process
Nintendo Switch:
- 1. On the Nintendo Switch console, select Settings from the HOME Menu
- 2. Select Internet, and then Internet Settings
- 3. Select the appropriate network name (SSID) from the list
- 4. When prompted, use the onscreen keyboard to enter the network's wireless password
- 5. The Nintendo Switch will test the Internet connection. Once the test is complete, select OK to complete the process
