Restoring your service

Find out what to do to get your services back up and running once you've paid your outstanding bill

 
 

It can take up to 48 hours for the payment to reach your account when you pay your bill, however If the payment is made online your service will be restored within 30 minutes. This will only work if full payment of outstanding balance is made. If the payment doesnt reach your account within that 48 hour window your services will be interrupted again.
